Label boss Forge & longtime producer partner ATP head up for Silk’s next release. Having been working together for over 2 years the duo have finally finished crafting their debut release. A stunning 6 track E.P full of lush vocals, warm subs and of course amazing music!

The opening track - ‘Cut ‘Ups‘ is an ode to Calibre with cheeky sample licks, powerful horns and some very low hitting bass. Layers of percussion and jungle breaks keep the groove alive.

‘Far Away’ is reminiscent of early jungle days gone by with obscure breaks and vocals samples that build into the syncopated 808’s. More than just a track this one tells a story with delicate atmospheres and melodies pulling everything together.

The 3rd track ‘Let You Go’ keeps with the liquid, jungle theme but this time incorporates original lyrics written by the lads and sung by a local Melbourne vocalist. Shimmering chords wave over delicate pads and nice jungle edits work together with the main groove to give it that dance-floor appeal.
