Delivery  Methods & Times:

When your order has been completed, you shall receive an email receipt confirming the details of your order.

All UK orders are sent by standard First Class mail. Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent by standard Airmail. There is no tracking information available on airmail items. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your local postal service people, who will then deliver it to you within that countries specific requirements and process.

The following is a rough guide to how long your order should take to arrive:

UK: 1-4 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA / Canada: 7-14 working days
Rest of world: 7-20 working days, depending on location.

Shipping Fees, Tax & VAT: 

Katipo Audio Music Group shipping fees vary and depend on what you order and the location of your address. We use a two tier system where the first item is charged at the base rate and then each subsequent item is charged at a reduced rate. This is to ensure you get the best value for money and in less packages. The shipping is calculated as you go and you can see the amount in the cart. You will never be charged more than once for the base rate.

We charge the same VAT for each country, the VAT amount has already been calculated so you will always pay the same rate no matter which country you are in. Offering the same tax rate to all countries is part of our privacy policy to you.

Some countries may incur custom and duty charges, there is no way of us knowing how much you will be charged so please contact you local agency .We are not liable for these charges so please check with your relevant country before purchasing any goods.

Returns:

We consider an item ‘lost’ if it has not been delivered 28 days after the posting date. The reason we must wait 28 days is because this is the length of time Royal Mail waits before they accept a package is ‘lost’, so we must also wait before we can claim compensation from them. Please ensure you email info (@) katipo audio dot com if you think your package is lost or has not returned.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please email us on info (a) katipo audio dot com stating your order number and reason for cancelling.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO US WITHOUT OUR PRIOR APPROVAL. Send a email to our above address and with your query and we will respond to you quickly. We need to know what the problem is before we accept any returns. Please include order number, name, email, contact details and reason for return. We will reply back as quickly as we can. If you do return and item to us and are in the U.K please ensure you receive a receipt from the Postal Service upon posting the package back to us.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, we will also refund the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked.

We regret we will not be able to give a refund if the goods are returned for refund outside of the 14-day period or the goods are not in a saleable condition (worn, soiled or without tags or original boxes and packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is the case.
